New to Dubai and the whole "battery dies every 18 months" thing, where do you lot actually go (5 อ่าน)

Back in London I think I changed a car battery maybe once in a decade and that was only because I left the interior light on for three days while I was away, so this whole business of having to think about battery health as a seasonal event is properly new to me. My colleague warned me when I bought my used Accord that I'd be lucky to get two summers out of whatever was in there and sure enough this morning it did that weak half crank thing before I had to try again and pray. I don't really have a regular garage here yet because I've only had the car since January and it's been fine otherwise, so I'm starting from scratch trying to figure out who's reliable and who's just going to sell me a dusty unit that'll leave me stranded again by September. I've been digging through a few local forums and someone mentioned that they'd found a few trusted car battery services UAE through some trade directory listings rather than just the sponsored Google ads, which makes sense I guess because the real shops probably don't spend their margins on fancy SEO. I guess I'm just trying to get a sense of whether I should be looking at a specific brand or just trusting whoever can show up before my next meeting starts, because the learning curve here is steeper than I expected.
