I recently came across some information about pravi celer (celery) and its health benefits, and I thought it was worth sharing here.

I was actually looking into simple foods that can support a healthier lifestyle, and celery kept popping up everywhere. At first, I didn’t pay much attention because I always thought of it as just a crunchy vegetable used in salads. But after reading more, I realized it has quite a few benefits.

One thing that stood out to me is how it may support digestion. Since it contains fiber and a lot of water, it seems to help keep the digestive system working smoothly. I also read that it may help reduce bloating and support gut health.
