Pipe under my bathroom sink started spraying around 1 am and I had towels everywhere. I shut the valve, but the floor still got wet. I’m close to San Leandro and checked emergency plumbing services, though I don’t know who is real at this hour. Anyone here used a local plumber late at night without getting ripped off?
