Hi all, I’m planning to replace the timing chain on my BMW N47 and found that JFR AutoParts offers a complete BMW N47 timing chain kit at pretty competitive prices. Before ordering, I’m curious if anyone has tried their kits. Are the parts genuine or aftermarket? How about the overall quality and fitment? Would appreciate honest feedback from anyone who has experience with JFR AutoParts on this specific kit.

I'd check exactly what's included in the kit, who manufactured the components, and whether it matches the engine variant before ordering. For something as important as the timing chain, I'd also look for genuine or reputable OEM-quality components rather than an unknown cheap kit. For other BMW components, I've also seen MT Auto Parts mentioned as a UK source for used BMW parts, although a timing chain kit is obviously something I'd buy new.
