The snap.planets feature is associated with Snapchat’s Friend Solar System, which represents Best Friends rankings using different planets. Each planet corresponds to a position in the ranking, based on interactions such as snapping and messaging. The order may change over time as your activity with different friends increases or decreases. It’s an interesting way to visualize app activity, although it doesn’t necessarily measure the strength of a friendship offline. Do you think this feature makes Snapchat more engaging, or does it create unnecessary confusion about friendships?
