When Hustle Culture Hits the Lecture Hall: Are We Actually Learning or Just Surviving? (11 อ่าน)

<p data-start="95" data-end="572">Im a junior at a state university in Ohio, and lately Ive been wondering whether college is still about growth or just endurance. Between internships, part-time work, and professors who quote Elon Musk about productivity, it feels as if burnout is the new normal. The American College Health Association says over 60% of students report overwhelming anxiety. Are we chasing résumés more than real understanding? Has anyone figured out how to slow down without falling behind?

I graduated from a university in Chicago five years ago, and I remember sitting in the library the night of the 2016 election, watching CNN instead of studying for a macroeconomics midterm. I thought grinding nonstop was the only option. My roommates would joke about pulling all-nighters as if we were auditioning for Shark Tank. During my sophomore year I even googled pay someone to do my assignment because I felt cornered. I never went through with it, but I did look into custom essay writer help and even typed Write My Paper into a search bar at 2 a.m. That scared me more than the deadline.
