Mastering LINK Skills in Forza Horizon 6 (3 อ่าน)

28 เม.ย 2569 13:23

In Forza Horizon 6, LINK Skills are a new cooperative feature that rewards players for pulling off synchronized driving stunts with others in a Convoy. While traditional Skill Chains focus on solo play, LINK Skills emphasize teamwork to boost XP and accelerate progression.

Understanding LINK Skills

LINK Skills are an evolution of the Forza LINK AI system. Instead of just tracking performance or offering guidance, it now recognizes coordinated actions and rewards players accordingly.

Core Mechanic: You trigger a LINK Skill by performing maneuvers—like drifting, near misses, or jumps—at the same time or in quick succession with another player.

Rewards: LINK Skills grant significantly more XP than solo skill chains, helping you level up faster and master individual cars more efficiently.

Campaign Integration: In the Japan-based campaign, earning LINK Skills helps you progress through colored wristbands. This unlocks higher car classes and new events faster.

Top Strategies for Mastering LINK Skills

To get the most out of LINK Skills and keep your multipliers high, focus on these approaches:

Synchronized Drifting: Drifting together with Convoy members is one of the easiest ways to activate LINK multipliers. Large drift areas, like Daikoku in Tokyo City or Okuibuki Parking Lot in the Japanese Alps, provide plenty of space.

Urban Skill Routes: City streets in Japan are perfect for “Near Miss” and “Wreckage” skills. Driving close to traffic with a partner can quickly build LINK chains.

Car Selection: Vehicles with natural skill multipliers are ideal. Forza Edition cars often have built-in boosts, sometimes reaching 7x or 8x multipliers, which can be further enhanced through the Car Mastery tree.

“Vibe Driving” & Social Hubs: Use temporary Car Meets and the Festival Playlist to find players who want to maximize cooperative skill points.

Tips for Maintaining Chains

Avoid Collisions: Just like solo chains, crashes break LINK Skill chains. In tight areas, prioritize control over raw speed.

Bank Your Points: After hitting a high score—often around 500,000 points per chain—pause or enter a nearby event to save your points and reset your multiplier.

Mastering LINK Skills in Forza Horizon 6 is all about timing, coordination, and picking the right environment. Team up, plan your stunts, and watch your XP skyrocket.
