Forza Horizon 6 Tokyo City Docks Charge Street Racing Event Guide (4 อ่าน)

5 มิ.ย. 2569 08:06

Street racing in the Tokyo region of Forza Horizon 6 is exactly what a lot of us have been waiting for, but it throws some unique challenges at you right out of the gate. One early event you’ll run into on the eastern side of the map is theTokyo City Docks Charge.

It's a 4-mile point-to-point street race that forces you to balance two completely different styles of driving. It’s available pretty early on the core Street Racing grid, so you don't need any special unlocks to line up at the grid. Here is a breakdown of what to expect and how to build a car that won't leave you frustrated.

Event Overview

Location: Eastern side of Tokyo City (Industrial Docks)

Distance: 4.0 miles

Time of Day / Weather: Night / Overcast

Unlock Requirement: None

Key Track Sections & Strategy

The biggest trap with the Docks Charge is that the track is literally a game of two halves. If you tune your car perfectly for the first two miles, you might get completely destroyed in the last two.

The Dockside Maze (First Half)

The race kicks off right in the thick of the industrial docks. You're weaving through tight, narrow corridors surrounded by massive shipping containers and heavy infrastructure. Visual clutter is a real thing here, especially at night.

The temptation is to drive angry and try to wall-ride your way through, but the geometry is unforgiving. Clipping a container corner will completely dead-stop your car or send you into a spin. Success here is all about discipline: get your braking done early, hit clean entry angles, and focus on crisp apexes. If you can navigate this cleanly, you’ll easily pull ahead of the Drivatars who tend to get a bit tangled up in the tight spaces.

The High-Speed Sprint (Second Half)

Once you clear the maze of shipping containers, the race changes character completely. The track opens up into wide, sweeping, full-throttle straights leading all the way to the finish line.

This is where "grip-only" builds go to die. If you built a car that only excels at turning in the maze, the AI will effortlessly reel you in and blast past you on these long stretches. You need enough top-end power to defend your lead or hunt down the front-runners before the finish line.

Car Setup & Tuning Tips

Because of that harsh transition from a tight maze to raw top-speed straights, building a specialized car for this event makes life a lot easier.

Go with an AWD Platform: Street races mean damp, night-time pavement, and the overcast weather doesn't help with tire grip. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) drivetrain is highly recommended here. It gives you the necessary launch and traction to rocket out of those sharp 90-degree dock corners without lighting up the rear tires and spinning out.

Aim for a Balanced Tune: Avoid building a pure "drag strip speed demon" or a "gokart grip monster." You want to bias your build toward high acceleration (to maximize your exit speed out of the tight maze) but leave enough room in your gearing and engine upgrades for a solid mid-to-high top speed.

Don't Be Shy About Assists: Navigating overlapping routes through dark container alleys at night can get visually confusing. If you keep missing your turning points, toggle the full driving line on. It helps immensely with marking your braking zones in the shadows so you don't accidentally plow straight into a wall of cargo containers.
