<p class="MsoNormal">I wanted to get the discussion going on a new concept that seems to be improving customer interactions&mdash;call-back consent. Unlike cold or unscheduled calling, businesses can now allow prospects to pick a convenient time for them to be contacted. This change, however small, has a considerable impact on trust, and engagement. When people feel they have control over the communication, they are much more likely to respond. It also demonstrates respect for their time. Has anyone here had a system like this? I am eager to learn how it has changed your conversion rates or customer feedback!
