I've been noticing that more people are decorating their homes with personalized items instead of generic wall art, and it made me wonder if custom photo frames are still one of the biggest home décor trends in 2026.

I'm thinking about creating a memory wall with family photos, travel pictures, and a few milestone moments, but I'm unsure about the best approach. Do people still prefer traditional wooden frames, or are modern acrylic and collage-style frames becoming more popular?

I'd also love to know if anyone has used custom photo frames as gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, or housewarming parties. How was the quality, and did the recipient enjoy such a personalized gift?

In 2001, Sebastian Vivas obtained his Master's in Modern History at the University of Neuchâtel. He went on to publish the history of the Journal Suisse link d'Horlogerie, a study link awarded by the Fritz Kunz prize. From 2001 to 2012, Vivas served as Heritage Manager at Jaeger-LeCoultre, where he link contributed to several exhibitions, publications, and to the creation of the in-house museum, named the Heritage Gallery, inaugurated in 2007.
