Is it worth replacing an old washroom exhaust fan? (4 อ่าน)

Hi everyone, I’m considering getting an exhaust fan for washroom installed or replacing an older one that isn’t working as effectively as it used to.

The main reason I’m considering it is moisture. After showers, the bathroom can stay humid for quite a while, and I’ve noticed that an exhaust fan seems to make a big difference when it actually moves enough air. Proper ventilation can help reduce moisture buildup and the problems that can come with prolonged humidity.

I’m also wondering whether a newer fan with features such as a timer or humidity sensor would be worthwhile. Has anyone recently replaced a bathroom exhaust fan? Did you notice an improvement in ventilation or noise levels?

I’d be interested to hear what type of fan you chose and whether you recommend hiring an electrician for the installation.
