<p data-start="330" data-end="688">The main reason I&rsquo;m considering it is moisture. After showers, the bathroom can stay humid for quite a while, and I&rsquo;ve noticed that an exhaust fan seems to make a big difference when it actually moves enough air. Proper ventilation can help reduce moisture buildup and the problems that can come with prolonged humidity.

<p data-start="690" data-end="913">I&rsquo;m also wondering whether a newer fan with features such as a timer or humidity sensor would be worthwhile. Has anyone recently replaced a bathroom exhaust fan? Did you notice an improvement in ventilation or noise levels?
