<p data-start="236" data-end="420">I’ve always believed that gardening and wellness go hand in hand. Lately, I’ve been combining my love for growing herbs with some Ayurvedic practices for a more holistic lifestyle.
<p data-start="422" data-end="451">Here’s what I personally use:
