I’m planning a bathroom renovation and currently researching a bathroom renovation contractor Greater Sudbury. I’d love to hear from homeowners who have recently completed a bathroom renovation.

There are many things involved in a bathroom remodel, including flooring, wall finishes, lighting, plumbing fixtures, storage, ventilation, showers, tubs, and other details. Because several different aspects need to work together, I’m wondering whether it is easier to hire one contractor to coordinate the entire renovation.

I’m also trying to decide how much planning should be done before construction begins. For example, should homeowners choose all fixtures, finishes, colours, and materials before the contractor starts, or is it normal to make some decisions during the project?

Another thing I’m concerned about is the timeline. A bathroom is an important part of any home, so I’d prefer to avoid unnecessary delays. At the same time, I don’t want the contractor to rush work just to finish quickly.

For anyone in Greater Sudbury who has renovated a bathroom, what would you recommend checking before hiring a contractor? Did you get multiple estimates, and were there any questions you wish you had asked beforehand?

I’d appreciate any recommendations, experiences, or renovation tips.
