Just started a home baking business how do I stop cookies from breaking during delivery? (226 อ่าน)

I'm super excited because I finally started selling my homemade cookies and cakes to people in my neighborhood here in Mirdif. The only problem is that by the time my deliveries reach the customer, about one out of every five boxes has cookies that have shifted around and broken into pieces. It looks terrible and I've already had two customers ask for refunds, which really hurts when you're just starting out. I package everything in those standard bakery boxes with a bit of tissue paper, but clearly that's not enough protection. A friend who runs a small gift shop told me I need to learn about Explore smarter approaches to business logistics, especially since delivery drivers aren't going to treat my boxes like they're carrying eggs. That phrase really stuck with me because I realized I've been assuming people will be careful, but that's just not realistic. I found this really helpful article on a site about plastic crates for logistics and storage in the UAE that talked about using containers with inner dividers to keep individual items from sliding into each other. I'm wondering if I should start delivering my own orders inside larger stackable crates instead of handing over flimsy cardboard boxes to the courier. Has anyone else here dealt with fragile food delivery problems? What actually works to keep things from moving around during transport without making the packaging look cheap or unappealing? I really need to fix this quickly because word of mouth is everything for a small home business and I can't afford to be known as the baker whose stuff always arrives broken.
